To use email2case tool for salesforce instance please enable standard Email-To-Case functionality in salesforce instance. In order to enable it please follow the below steps.


  • Login to your Salesforce instance.
  • Click on Set up tab
  • In quick find box search Email-To-Case
  • Click on Edit

  • Enable Email-to-case, Notify Case Owner on New Email and Enable HTML Email
