Follow the below steps to provide sufficient rights to FTP Attachments® Objects and Fields.
1. Login to your Salesforce account https://login.salesforce.com/.
2. Enter the Username and Password for successful login.
3. From Setup, click Manage Users | Permission Sets.
4. In permission sets, the Object Settings page shows tab settings, record type settings, object permissions, and field permissions for all objects and tabs in your organization.
Follow the below steps to provide sufficient rights to User according to their Profile.
1. Login to your Salesforce account https://login.salesforce.com/.
2. Enter the Username and Password for successful login.
3. From Setup, click Manage Users | Profiles.
4. Click on edit, of your particular profile.
5. You will redirect to a page where you can enable/disable Custom App Settings, Tab Settings Custom Object Permissions etc of FTP Attachments® Objects. Please enable the necessary permissions.
