We were told to upgrade our FTP App version to 2.5 and after that everything stopped working. Users get below error on trying to attach:
INVALID_TYPE: sObject type 'ENZ__FTPAttachment__c' is not supported. If you are attempting to use a custom object, be sure to append the '__c' after the entity name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.
Users cannot even view existing attachments. This is interrupting our business gravely and 150 users are not able to perform their work today.
There is no support available from FTP Team on PST time zone. We always face a downtime of a full day because there is no one to address our high prio issues in PST time zone.
