FTP Attachments® is an award winning application for Salesforce which was introduced
to store your files (attachments) at your own Storage Server. It degrades your Salesforce storage costs as your files are stored
within your Storage Server thus, you can variate storage as per your requirement.
In reference to usability FTP Attachments® behaves very similar to Standard Salesforce
attachments and provides flexibility to attach files to any Salesforce Standard or Custom objects.
Earlier, Salesforce users were limited to the use of file attachments extensively due to
storage limitations and with FTP Attachments® option for unlimited storage now user can take full
advantage of attachments. Additionally you can create Salesforce reports on your
attachment information or view standard attachment reports.
FTP Attachments® not only saves your cost of Salesforce Storage, but also gives
you full control of your valuable data. FTP Attachments® has many advanced
features to name them are extensions should be allowed, versioning, audit information and
organizing attachments on your Storage server.
Different Storage Servers that FTP Attachments® supports are FTP Server, SFTP
Server, Local Hard disk of the Application Server and Amazon S3. We keep on
